To develop and enhance the leadership capabilities taking into consideration, personalities traits, values, different intelligence potentials, expertise, experience and skills, taking as basis cases and playing roles.
This course will enable each participant to understand how to make the best out of own potentials and talents, to find the leadership style which can fit better to the given industry, situation and team potential.

Duration: 2 days
Before the beginning of the course we will make an assessment test.
Results will be discussed in group for the introductory seminar and “in private” for the participants of a workshop.
